Medical CARE

We provide medical care in Wichita for patients including routine wellness checks, patient education, vaccinations, chronic illness maintenance, women's care services, and more.

In addition, we provide sick care for patients both in our clinic setting and in patients' homes. We see patients of all ages—from children to older adults and are passionate about providing medical care in Wichita and surrounding communities.


M-Care is committed to inclusive, affirming care for members of the LGBTQ+ community and offers gender-affirming services for transgender individuals. We realize that many LGBTQ+ individuals don't get the care they need because of non-affirming medical practitioners. We want to provide a safe, inclusive, and affirming practice for these patients.

Specialized services include hormone replacement for all, and sexual health such as HIV prep, contraception, low libido, low T, STI testing, etc.

In-Home Care

Our primary care in-home services are provided with the goal to keep you or your loved one in the home as long as that is safely possible. Our team can manage the acute and chronic medical care needs of our patients in-home so our patients can avoid the time, expense, and safety concerns of traveling to a medical office. 

We are able to prescribe equipment such as oxygen and hospital beds, as well as make referrals for home services such as home health and therapies.

Due to Covid-19 ramping back up in our community, we are taking extra precautions to keep our patients and our staff safe.

Our updated Covid policy will be in effect starting July 20, 2020:

  • We are scheduling both in-person and telehealth visits depending on the nature of the appointment. This allows us to limit the number of people in our waiting room without limiting the number of patients we can see per day. Thank you for your understanding!
  • If you have an in-person visit, you must wear a mask.
  • If you do have an in-person visit, please do not bring another person with you unless you are a minor with a parent or guardian, or a caregiver.
  • If you are feeling sick, have a fever, or cough, loss of smell, or other symptoms, please contact us to reschedule your appointment or for a telehealth appointment instead.
M-Care Electronic Health Record Outage

Dear Patients,

We were notified that our electronic health record (EHR) service will not be available for us to use until next week as the company is working diligently to ensure data safety. At this time there is no indication of a data breach, and their team is following all data integrity and appropriate government, regulatory, and notification protocols.


All appointments this week have been canceled, however, our team is committed to reopening on Monday, May 3. We may still be operating without our EHR service, but are working to continue care for patients as best we can.


We appreciate the understanding all our patients have given us during this time and look forward to serving you again soon!
