Due to Covid-19 ramping back up in our community, we are taking extra precautions to keep our patients and our staff safe.
Our updated Covid policy will be in effect starting July 20, 2020:
We are scheduling both in-person and telehealth visits depending on the nature of the appointment. This allows us to limit the number of people in our waiting room without limiting the number of patients we can see per day. Thank you for your understanding!
If you have an in-person visit, you must wear a mask.
If you do have an in-person visit, please do not bring another person with you unless you are a minor with a parent or guardian, or a caregiver.
If you are feeling sick, have a fever, or cough, loss of smell, or other symptoms, please contact us to reschedule your appointment or for a telehealth appointment instead.
