• Appointments are scheduled 8 AM - 4 PM Monday-Thursday.  We are closed on weekends and holidays. 
• Appointments are in high demand and there may be a delay in scheduling appointments.  We require 24 hours of advance notice for cancellations.  A $25 no-show fee will apply for short notice cancellations.  
• M-Care Healthcare accepts most insurance plans.  We are currently able to accept  Aetna, Ambetter, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicaid (Aetna, Sunflower, United Healthcare), Medicare, ProviDRs Care, United Healthcare. For those without insurance, we have a flat fee of $150 for the initial visit and $75 for follow-up visits.  Any necessary labs are at an additional cost.  
• We strongly believe that access to quality healthcare should not be cost-prohibitive.   If you do not see your insurance plan listed or to discuss payment options, please call our office to discuss.
