New patient appointments are requested through the new patient form on the Book an Appointment page. Appointment requests are reviewed in the order received.
Appointments are scheduled Monday through Thursday between 8 AM and 4 PM. The clinic is closed on weekends and holidays.
Due to high demand, appointment availability may be limited, and scheduling delays can occur. Thank you for your patience as we work to connect patients with care.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours advance notice. Appointments missed or canceled with short notice may result in a 25 dollar no show fee.
M Care Healthcare accepts most major insurance plans, including:
Patients without insurance are welcome.
Same day payment price reductions available for uninsured patients.
Additional services such as laboratory testing may involve separate charges.
Access to quality healthcare should not be cost prohibitive. Patients who do not see their insurance listed or who need to discuss payment options are encouraged to contact the office directly.
