Appointments & Scheduling

Q: How do I schedule an appointment at M-Care Healthcare? 

Clicking “Book an Appointment” on our website or calling our office allows you to set up a visit with your preferred provider. We offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs, including new patient appointments, follow-ups, and acute care visits. 

Q: What should I bring to my first appointment? 

Bring a valid ID, insurance card (if applicable), and any relevant medical records. Completing the new patient form that is sent to your email after you fill out the Book an Appointment form helps us review your medical history and tailor your care.

Q: Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment? 

Yes. Please contact our office with 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Advance notice ensures we can accommodate other patients and keep your care on track. 

 

Patient Forms & Portal

Q: What is the patient portal, and how do I access it? 

The Patient Portal allows you to view lab results, communicate with your care team, request appointments, and manage your health information securely online. Login or sign up directly from the portal link for easy access. 

Q: Is my information safe on the patient portal? 

Yes. M-Care Healthcare uses secure, encrypted systems to protect all patient information. Your privacy and confidentiality are always a top priority. 

Billing & Insurance

Q: Do you accept insurance? 

M-Care Healthcare accepts a variety of insurance plans. Contact our office or check our insurance page for details. For self-pay or uninsured patients, we provide transparent pricing and support for financial planning. 

Q: How can I pay my bill? 

Payments can be made online through the patient portal, by phone, or in person at our office. We also provide billing support if you have questions about charges or insurance coverage. 

Q: Can I get help understanding my insurance benefits? 

Yes. Our staff can review your plan, explain coverage, and help you maximize benefits for visits, procedures, and preventive care. 

Gender-Affirming & Inclusive Care

Q: Do you provide gender-affirming care for transgender and nonbinary patients? 

Absolutely. M-Care Healthcare offers inclusive, respectful care for patients of all gender identities, including hormone therapy management, preventive care, and support for overall health and wellness. 

Q: How do I discuss my needs with my provider? 

Your provider is trained to listen and respond to your questions and health goals without judgment. You can also submit information through our intake forms to help guide your first visit.
