The Affirmative Care Essentials (ACE) Foundation exists to strengthen access to affirming care and essential resources for individuals in our community. With a focus on LGBTQIA individuals and others facing barriers to care, the foundation works to create safer, more supportive pathways to health, stability, and long-term wellness.

Through community support, resource coordination, and partnership with M-Care Healthcare, the ACE Foundation helps ensure care extends beyond the clinic and into everyday life.

Make an Impact Through Giving

Donations to the ACE Foundation directly support affirming care resources and essential needs within the community. Financial contributions help fund access to healthcare services, gender affirming care, medications, and critical daily necessities such as food, clothing, and hygiene items. 

By supporting the Affirmative Care Essentials Foundation, donors help reduce barriers that prevent individuals from receiving consistent, respectful care and contribute to a more equitable healthcare landscape. 

Ways to give include: 

  • Financial donations to support patient assistance and resource programs 
  • Donations to the community closet and pantry to meet basic needs
