The ACE Foundation is dedicated to supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community who are facing barriers to basic needs and healthcare access. If you are struggling to obtain food, clothing, hygiene products, or affirming medical care and medications, our team may be able to help connect you with supportive resources.
We understand that meeting everyday needs is foundational to health, safety, and well being. Our goal is to help reduce stress, remove barriers to care, and support individuals with dignity, respect, and compassion.
The ACE Foundation offers access to essential resources designed to support both immediate needs and long term stability. Resources may include food assistance through our on site pantry, clothing and personal hygiene items, and support navigating healthcare options.
Through our partnership with M-Care Healthcare, individuals may also receive assistance connecting to affirming medical care and medications when available. This collaboration helps ensure care extends beyond basic services and supports whole person health.
Availability of resources may vary based on current supply and funding.
