Our primary care services focus on whole-person health, prevention, and long-term wellness. Patients receive personalized care that respects identity, pronouns, and individual medical needs.  

Primary care services include wellness exams, preventative screenings, chronic condition management, gynecology, contraception counseling, diagnostic testing, vaccinations, and ongoing health support. Care is trauma-informed and delivered in an environment where patients feel safe, heard, and respected.  

Primary care at M-Care is inclusive of all bodies and identities and is designed to support both everyday health needs and complex medical care.  

M-Care Healthcare offers comprehensive hormone replacement therapy for cisgender adults and gender affirming hormone care for transgender and nonbinary patients. Our team has extensive experience providing medically indicated hormone therapy using evidence-based protocols and advanced diagnostic labs.  

Hormone therapy services include testosterone replacement therapy, estrogen therapy, progesterone therapy, and treatment for hormone imbalance related to menopause, perimenopause, and andropause. Care is personalized based on symptoms, lab results, medical history, and long-term health goals.  

Hormone therapy may support patients experiencing hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue, mood changes, low libido, muscle loss, metabolic changes, or other hormone-related symptoms. Ongoing lab monitoring and continuity of care are central to our approach, ensuring treatment remains safe, effective, and responsive over time.  

M-Care Healthcare provides affirming medical care for transgender, nonbinary, gender non-conforming, and gender diverse individuals. Care is delivered using an informed consent model that prioritizes autonomy, education, and shared decision making.  

Gender affirming services include hormone therapy, lab monitoring, puberty blocker coordination, surgery referral letters, fertility preservation referrals, voice therapy referrals, and ongoing primary care. Patients receive care that respects their gender identity, gender expressions, chosen name, and pronouns at every step. 

We recognize the barriers many LGBTQ patients face in healthcare settings and are committed to creating a space where care feels accessible, affirming, and free from discrimination.  

Sexual health services at M-Care are confidential, judgment-free, and inclusive of all genders, orientations, and relationship structures. Care focuses on prevention, education, and overall wellness.  

Services include HIV PrEP and PEP, STI testing and treatment, contraception counseling, fertility planning, and hormone-related sexual health concerns such as low libido or changes in sexual function. Patients can expect respectful conversations and medically sound care that supports both physical and emotional well-being.  

M-Care offers access to mental health support with clinicians experienced in trauma-informed care and LGBTQ focused therapy. Therapy services support patients navigating identity exploration, transition-related care, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes.  

Mental health care is integrated into the broader care model, recognizing the connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and lived experience. Referral and coordinated care are available to ensure patients receive comprehensive support.
